In addition to physical training, we need to train our mind for emergencies and disasters. How do we go about doing that?
We can train our mind through everyday activities. Say you’re at the grocery store, start thinking about how you would escape if something bad were to happen. Where are the exit routes? How would people react? Would you be able to reach your car and get out of the parking lot or would you have to hide somewhere? If you couldn’t get out of the parking lot and can’t hide, would you just run?
It’s all about running mental exercises.
