Is Your Food Storage Ready For an Emergency? [Podcast]

Is your food storage ready for an emergency or natural disaster?
There’s a lot of advice about food storage and why shouldn’t there be? We need food to live. And in an emergency or disaster, it might be difficult or impossible to come by.
You know whenever there’s a natural disaster and all the shelves at grocery stores are empty from people rushing to get food because they’re unprepared?
You don’t want to be one of those unprepared people!
We should be sitting at home, relaxing, watching the news that the shelves are emptying out, instead of being part of the chaos.
In this podcast, I talk about:
- How much food to store
- where to all the food,
- myths of beans and rice,
- getting a variety of food,
- using resources to cook food,
- storing food for special diets,
- supplementing food storage with hunting and foraging,
- storing vitamins,
- and much more!
