All products from Rogue Preparedness are handmade in small batches, which means slight variations may occur. We take great care in creating each item and providing clear descriptions and photos so you know exactly what to expect.
Because of this, we maintain a limited refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you may request a refund or replacement.
2. Product Defect
If your item has a defect or issue that was not disclosed or visible in the product listing, you may request a refund.
Handmade Product Notice
Because our products are handmade:
- Minor imperfections or variations may occur
- These do not qualify as defects
- Each item is made with care, but will not have factory-level uniformity
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference (“I don’t like it”)
- Minor variations consistent with handmade products
- Misunderstanding of the product when descriptions and images were clearly provided
- Digital products
- Prepper Action Mail
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, clear photos, and detailed information.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

If your refund is approved, we may offer:
