The Mountain House Chicken Fajita Bowl is one of our absolute favorite meals. It’s clear that many other people love it too because whenever we go to REI to get some, they’re sold out! Or when we go to the website to order some, they’re sold out!

However, when they’re not sold out, I highly recommend getting a bunch and hoarding it, because it’s so so so delicious! Mountain House hit a home run with this meal!
